Data retention

How long your sessions' content is kept: what was said, uploaded and generated, and participants' names and emails. After the period you choose, it is permanently deleted from Tater and from the AI services Tater uses. Sessions you run for an organization follow the organization's setting instead.

Delete my account

Permanently deletes your account, your sign-in, your library and saved settings, and every session you run outside an organization, including transcripts, uploads, AI outputs and participant details. Sessions you run for an organization stay with that organization. This cannot be undone.
